Recipe | Philly Cheesesteaks
If you’re from Philly I am sure these don’t taste anything like Pat’s or Geno’s but they taste like Arielle’s J (lol). This is a quick 10-minute meal because the meat is so thin it cooks in no time.
INGREDIENTS
½ bell pepper, sliced
1 onion sliced
salt and pepper
8 provolone cheese slices
1.5 lbs top sirloin, shaved/thinly sliced
4 Italian rolls
2 tbls olive oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet add 1 tbls olive oil and sauté the onions and peppers over medium heat until a nice charred crust has formed, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate, add in the rest of the oil and cook the sirloin. Season with salt and pepper to taste, meat will cook quickly so you can add the onions and peppers back to the pot. Divide the mixture into 4 and top each section with 2 slices of cheese. Cover pot to melt the cheese and transfer to an Italian roll.
Enjoy!

I’m definitely over this pumpkin thing, but I had some left over acorn squash that I needed to use, so I put it along with some greek yogurt to use in this amazing mac n cheese.

Fall is here, so that means I’ll be super basic and flood you with pumpkin based recipes. The first one is a delicious baked good that has a nice balance of chocolate without the overbearing taste of pumpkin. I used dark chocolate to alleviate some of the guilt you may feel, if you’re that kind of person...

"Yesterday, I went to The Block for brunch with some of my Sorors. I say brunch only cause we were drinking before 5pm, they don't have a brunch menu. :)"
