One day, if you haven't already, you will give birth to a beautiful new life, but in order to accomplish that you must be in great health, Yes you eat right, exercise, and all of the typical stuff, but have you focused on the actual health of your yoni? Here are 7 tips that will keep that part of you healthy and popping.
1. Drink A Gallon of Water A Day
Your vagina is naturally lubricating, but only when you are properly hydrated. Drinking a gallon of water a day will help keep you hydrated and your juices flowing.
2. Eating Yogurt
Yogurt has probiotics that keep your pH balanced. The vagina is slightly acidic and if you ever feeling a little funny down there your pH is probably off, Eating yogurt naturally regulates it without having to use any products.
3. Doing Kegels
Kegels are an exercise where you squeeze your vagina contracting its muscles building strength in your vagina. You can incorporate yoni eggs or kegel balls in order to exercise that yoni. Doing this allows for your vagina to not only be tight, but keeps your vagina rejuvenated.
4. Drink Cranberry Juice
Cranberry juice gets rid of and prevents bacteria that cause urinary tract infections. Women can get them from any "bad" bacteria getting in there so drinking cranberry juice keeps that irritating UTI away.
