#BlackOutDetroit is a rally organized to bring awareness to the Police Brutality, Criminal Injustice, and Systemic Oppression & Violence happening to Black people across the country. The rally will be held at Hart Plaza as an means for Detroit's Black youth (of all ages) to unite and make our entire community aware that 'the whole damn system is guilty as hell.'
